Gracie provides an incredibly encouraging and supportive environment to train in, making the Adult Fitness & Strength Training classes so much fun. You always look forward to your next training session! She takes the time and interest to build a strong rapport with all her clients and gets to know them and their goals. She is incredibly supportive, but at the same time pushes you to the limits that she knows your body can achieve.
