Ages 12 and Up  Speed and Agility School is a progressive training program that improves stability, mobility, power, stride, speed, and overall athleticism through:

 

  • Proper running motion and techniques 
  • Correct Arm motion, leg turnover and stride length
  • Speed Development and Enhancement
  • Power and Drive
  • Acceleration and Deceleration
